Questions people actually ask

What is bulk video scheduling?

Bulk video scheduling is publishing many videos to social platforms from one queue, on dates and times you set in advance, instead of uploading each one by hand. You prepare a batch of videos once, assign a posting pattern, and the scheduler releases them over the following days or weeks without you being present. Bulk Scheduler does this for YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form video, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and TikTok from a single library. A batch of 100 clips takes roughly two minutes to queue. Each video is routed to the right platform based on its duration, spaced according to the gap you choose, and published through the platform's official API at the scheduled moment. The practical effect is that a month of daily posting becomes one sitting rather than thirty.

Does Bulk Scheduler actually post automatically, or just remind me?

It posts for real. Publishing runs server-side through the official APIs - YouTube's Data API, Instagram's Graph API, the LinkedIn API and TikTok's Content Posting API - using the OAuth connection you authorised when you linked each account, so nothing needs your device to be awake or the site to be open. There is no push notification asking you to finish the upload yourself - that is the distinction between a scheduler and a reminder app, and a lot of tools in this category are reminder apps. Once a video is scheduled, a background worker wakes on its own, fetches the file, uploads it and records the result. If a platform rejects a post, the failure and the platform's own error message are written back to the dashboard so you can see exactly what happened rather than discovering a silent gap in your feed days later.

Do I need to keep my computer on for scheduled posts to go out?

No. Everything after you press schedule happens on our servers. Your videos live in cloud object storage, the rendering and publishing workers run in the cloud, and a timer fires every few minutes to check whether anything is due. Closing the tab, shutting the laptop or losing your internet connection has no effect on a post that is already queued. Times are stored against your account's timezone rather than the server's, so a post you set for 9am IST goes out at 9am IST regardless of where the machine that runs it happens to be. This also means you can schedule a month ahead and then not open the dashboard at all until you want to check performance or queue the next batch.

What is an AI credit, and how fast do they go?

One AI credit covers one AI generation pass. Writing the title, description and tags for a single video costs 1 credit, a Bulk SEO rewrite on an already-published video costs 1, a Virality Score check costs 1, and an AI thumbnail costs 2 because image generation is the more expensive call. What matters more than the number is that credits are only ONE of three separate allowances. Renders are their own bucket, so cutting a Short from a long video spends a render and no AI credits at all. Scheduled posts are a third bucket again. Uploading, scheduling and publishing never cost a credit, and editing AI text by hand afterwards is free. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over, but you can top up mid-cycle rather than waiting - see the credits page for the full per-action table.

How much does bulk video scheduling cost in India?

Bulk Scheduler is priced in Indian rupees, not converted from dollars, and the plans are ₹499, ₹1,799 and ₹2,999 a month — roughly $5.70, $20 and $34 at current rates. Checkout runs on Razorpay, so UPI, net banking and Indian debit cards all work, and you do not need a card that clears international payments. That last part is usually the real decider rather than the price: every comparable tool bills in US dollars and expects an international card, and a $15 plan is not cheap if your card is declined at checkout. The ₹499 entry tier includes AI clipping and scheduled publishing together, which has no equivalent at that price from any international tool. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. There is also a free demo — one video, five Renders and five scheduled posts, with no card required.

Can I buy more credits if I run out mid-month?

Yes. Top-ups are bought from the dashboard at ₹15 per AI credit, charged through the same Razorpay checkout as a plan, and they land in your balance immediately rather than at the next cycle. Topped-up credits sit on top of your plan allowance and are spent only after the monthly allowance is gone, so buying early in a cycle never wastes what you already paid for. You need an active plan to top up: credits are an allowance attached to a subscription, not a standalone product, so a lapsed account cannot hold a usable balance. The Starter plan has a cap on how much can be added per cycle, which exists to keep the tier honest rather than to let a ₹499 plan buy Pro-sized volume by instalment. Growth and Pro have no cap. Top-ups apply to AI credits only - Renders and scheduled posts are set by the plan.

Can I get a refund, and what happens if I cancel?

Cancel any time from the dashboard and your plan keeps working until the end of the cycle you have already paid for - nothing is cut off the moment you cancel, and the next renewal simply does not happen. Because the allowance is consumed as you use it, a cycle that has already been used is not refundable in the general case. If something on our side stopped you using what you paid for, write to contact@bulkscheduler.com within seven days of the charge with your account email and what happened, and we will sort it out case by case rather than pointing at a policy. Failed publishes are handled automatically and separately: when a post fails, the scheduled-post credit for it is returned to your balance, so a platform outage does not quietly cost you anything. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes.

How does the watermark work, and can I remove it?

On Starter, the Bulk Scheduler logo is burned into every video at 70% opacity and you choose which of the four corners it sits in. The watermark is applied at publish time rather than at upload, so the original file in your library stays clean - if you later upgrade, videos you queued earlier go out without it, and nothing needs re-uploading. Growth and Pro can switch the watermark off entirely, or replace it with your own logo plus an optional promotional banner, which is the usual reason people move up a tier. Because the burn happens during publishing, changing the setting affects everything still in the queue immediately, and has no effect on posts that have already gone live on YouTube or Instagram.

Can I manage more than one YouTube or Instagram account?

Yes, on Growth and Pro. You connect each channel or account through its own OAuth flow, and every piece of content is scoped to the account it belongs to, so switching accounts in the dashboard changes the library, the schedule and the analytics together rather than showing you one merged pile. Each connected account carries its own posting times and its own spacing rules, which matters because a gaming channel and a cooking channel rarely want the same 6am slot. You can send the same video to several accounts - across platforms or several channels on one platform - in a single step, each copy with its own status, or keep them entirely separate. Starter is limited to one YouTube channel and one Instagram account; the multi-account limit on higher tiers is the number of connections, not the number of platforms.

What is Content Studio, and who pays for the AI it uses?

Content Studio is the AI video engine included with Growth and Pro. You describe your channel once, and it writes the script or song, makes the voiceover, music and visuals, renders the video, saves it into your Bulk Scheduler Library and, if you want, posts it to your connected accounts at the times you set - a fresh video for every time slot, every day. It is an engine, not a bundle of AI credits: it runs on your own API keys for providers such as OpenAI or Gemini, ElevenLabs, Suno and Runware, and each provider bills you directly on your own account. Bulk Scheduler covers the rendering and the publishing. Before you start, it shows which keys a category needs and an estimated provider cost per video, and the script is ready to read a day ahead, before anything is spent on images or voice.

What happens to my videos after they are published?

Once a video publishes successfully, the underlying file is deleted from your library automatically and only its title, description, thumbnail and performance data remain in your account. This is deliberate. The alternative - keeping every file forever - means your library fills with hundreds of clips that are already live, and finding the one thing you have not posted yet becomes the slowest part of the workflow. Because the video now lives on YouTube or Instagram, a second copy in our storage serves no purpose beyond taking up your quota. Failed posts are the exception: if publishing does not succeed, the file is kept so the post can be retried or rescheduled without you having to upload it a second time.

Is there a free way to try it before paying?

Yes. The Free Demo lets you upload one video of up to ten minutes and turn it into five AI-generated Shorts with five scheduled posts, with no credit card and no expiry countdown running in the background. It is the full pipeline rather than a preview: the clips are really cut, the AI really writes the titles and tags, and the posts really publish to your connected accounts at the times you pick. That matters more than a feature list, because the question people actually have is whether the automatic titles are usable and whether the posts land on time. The demo is one-time per account. When you have seen a real batch go out, the paid plans start at Rs 499 per month.
