What should you compare these tools on?
Tools in this category do one or both of two jobs: cutting a long video into short vertical clips with AI, and publishing those clips to social platforms on a schedule. OpusClip, Klap, Vizard and Submagic are clipping tools that have added scheduling. Publer is a scheduler with no clipping. Bulk Scheduler does both, on two platforms, priced in rupees. The three things worth comparing are therefore: how much output you get per month and in what unit — clips, videos or source minutes, which are not interchangeable; whether scheduling is included on the tier you would actually buy, because two of these tools gate it behind a higher plan; and which platforms are supported, since only one tool here is deliberately limited to YouTube and Instagram.

Klap is cheaper at 100 clips a month
Klap's Basic plan is about $14 a month on annual billing for 100 clips. Our Growth plan is ₹1,999 for 100 AI Shorts. At that volume Klap wins on price, and it connects unlimited social accounts. Our advantage is at the entry tier, not this one.
OpusClip's clipping engine is more advanced
Virality scoring, AI B-roll, reprompting a clip, speech cleanup, dubbing. If the quality of the automatic cut is the thing you care about most, OpusClip is ahead — though its Starter plan cannot schedule anything, so you would be posting by hand until the $29 tier.
Everyone else supports TikTok
We publish to YouTube and Instagram only. Every other tool on this page covers TikTok, and most add LinkedIn, Facebook and X. If TikTok is part of your routine, this is a real reason to choose something else.
Where Bulk Scheduler is the better buy
Nothing else exists at ₹499
The cheapest comparable paid tier anywhere else is about $14–15, roughly ₹1,232–₹1,320 — and OpusClip's tier at that price has no scheduling at all. ₹499 with AI clipping and auto-publishing included has no equivalent.
Scheduling is not a premium feature here
OpusClip gates it to $29 and Submagic to its Pro tier. Publishing to YouTube and Instagram is on every paid Bulk Scheduler plan, including the cheapest one.
Rupees and UPI, not a dollar card
Every other tool here bills in US dollars and expects an international card. For a lot of Indian creators that is the actual blocker, not the price.
Things none of them do
Rewriting titles, descriptions and tags on videos that are already publishedon your channel; routing each clip to YouTube or Instagram automatically by its duration; and AI thumbnails generated from a real frame of the video.

What is the cheapest way to turn long videos into scheduled Shorts?
As of September 2026 the lowest paid entry point among the tools compared on this page is Bulk Scheduler at ₹499 per month, which is roughly $5.70 and includes both AI clipping and scheduled publishing to YouTube and Instagram. The next cheapest paid tiers are Klap at about $14 per month on annual billing and OpusClip Starter at $15 per month - but OpusClip's Starter plan does not include scheduling at all, so publishing still has to be done by hand or on the $29 Pro plan. Klap and Vizard both include scheduling on their entry tiers. If you only need scheduling and already have your clips, a plain scheduler such as Publer starts at about $5 per month for a single connected account. Prices move; check each vendor's page before committing.
Do I need a credit card, or can I pay in rupees?
Bulk Scheduler is priced in Indian rupees and is bought over WhatsApp, so a UPI transfer is enough and you do not need a card that works for international payments. Every other tool on this page bills in US dollars and expects an international card. For a lot of Indian creators that is the actual deciding factor rather than the price itself: a plan that costs $15 is not cheap if your card is declined at checkout. This is also why several international video tools have added Indian payment gateways in the last two years. If you already have a card that handles dollar payments, compare on features and volume instead, because at higher volumes some of the tools here are better value.
Which tool gives the most clips for the money?
Klap, on clip count alone. Its Basic plan is about $14 per month on annual billing for 100 clips, which works out cheaper per clip than Bulk Scheduler's Growth plan at ₹1,999 for 100 AI Shorts. Vizard is harder to compare directly because it charges by source minute rather than by clip - 600 credits means 600 minutes of input video, and how many clips that produces depends entirely on your footage. Bulk Scheduler is clearly the best value at the entry tier, where ₹499 buys 30 Shorts plus scheduling and the nearest competitor at that price does not exist. At 100 clips a month the comparison genuinely goes the other way.
Does Bulk Scheduler support TikTok?
No. Bulk Scheduler publishes to YouTube and Instagram only - YouTube Shorts, full-length YouTube videos and Instagram Reels, with each clip routed to the right destination automatically based on how long it runs. Every other tool compared on this page supports TikTok, and most also cover LinkedIn, Facebook and X. If TikTok is part of your posting routine then one of those is a better fit, and this page would rather tell you that than waste your trial. The trade-off is depth on the two platforms that are supported: duration-based routing, per-account posting schedules, and rewriting titles and descriptions on videos that are already live.
