Bulk video uploader for YouTube, Instagram & TikTok

Upload a whole folder of videos once. AI writes every title and tag, and our servers upload each video to your channels — now, or one a day for the next month.

Bulk uploading, without the upload bar

Uploading videos one by one means opening YouTube Studio and the Instagram app, waiting for each progress bar, and typing a title, description and tags every time. A bulk video uploader replaces that with one step. In Bulk Scheduler you drop many videos into the Library at once, AI writes the metadata for each from your channel's context, and you pick the accounts and times. From then on our servers do the uploading through the official YouTube, Instagram and TikTok APIs, so nothing depends on your browser staying open. Post the batch immediately, or let the scheduler release it over the coming days — the same tool is a bulk uploader and a bulk video scheduler.

How to bulk upload videos

  1. 1. Drop the whole folder

Select or drag many videos at once into the Library — MP4 or MOV, up to 1 GB each. Uploads run in a queue you can pause, and your plan sets how many files go up in one drop.

  2. 2. AI writes the metadata

Each video gets a title, description and tags written from the account's own context, in your language. Edit any of them, or several at once, before anything is posted.

  3. 3. Pick accounts and times

Tick YouTube channels, Instagram and TikTok accounts, then post now or set a pattern such as one a day at 6pm. Shorts and long videos are routed by duration.

  4. 4. Our servers upload them

Every video is uploaded through the platform's official API from our servers. Close the tab or switch off the laptop — the uploads still happen, and each one shows its own status.

More than an uploader

Have long videos instead of finished Shorts? Short Maker cuts them into vertical clips with captions first. Running several channels? Post one video to many accountsin the same batch. Want the videos made for you as well? Content Studio generates a new faceless video every day and uploads it to the same accounts. Every destination and what it accepts is on platforms.

Bulk video upload questions

What is a bulk video uploader?

A bulk video uploader puts many videos onto YouTube, Instagram or TikTok in one action instead of uploading them one at a time through each app. You add a batch of files once, the tool fills in the title, description and tags for each, and a server uploads them to every account you chose - either straight away or spread over the days you set. Bulk Scheduler is a bulk video uploader and a bulk video scheduler in one: you drop a folder of videos into the Library, AI writes the metadata, and each video is published through the YouTube Data API, the Instagram Graph API and the TikTok Content Posting API from our servers, so your computer does not need to stay on. Shorts under two minutes can go to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok together; longer videos go to YouTube. Each upload has its own status, so a failure on one account is visible instead of a silent gap.

How many videos can I upload to YouTube in one day?

Through the official API, YouTube gives each API project 10,000 quota units a day and charges about 1,600 for an upload, which is roughly six uploads per project per day. That limit is YouTube's and applies to every bulk uploader, not just this one. Any tool promising hundreds of same-day uploads to one channel is either spreading them over several days behind the scenes or not uploading at all. Bulk Scheduler lets you put a large batch in the Library at once and then drains it on a schedule - one a day, three a day, or whatever pattern you set - so the uploads stay inside the quota and the channel posts consistently rather than dumping a month of videos in an afternoon.

Can I bulk upload videos to YouTube and Instagram at the same time?

Yes. Choose Shorts as the format, tick the YouTube channels and Instagram accounts you want - and TikTok on Growth and Pro - and every video in the batch is scheduled to all of them at the same slot, each as its own post. A video longer than two minutes is held back from Instagram and TikTok, because both treat long uploads differently, and the screen tells you how many were left out. Long videos can still go to several YouTube channels in one batch. Titles and descriptions come from each account's own context, so two channels on different topics do not get identical copy.

Does YouTube penalise videos uploaded in bulk?

No. Uploading through the official API is the same publishing path YouTube Studio uses, and YouTube does not rank a video lower because it was uploaded by a tool or scheduled in advance. What its policies do act on is reused, repetitive or misleading content - mirroring the same file onto several channels to overlapping audiences, for example. Spreading uploads over days, giving each channel its own titles, and posting original videos is what keeps a bulk workflow safe. The longer answer is in our post on whether YouTube penalises bulk uploads.
