What's changed
What is on this page?
This page lists what has changed in Bulk Scheduler, newest first, with the date each change actually went live. It covers what a person using the product would notice: new features, changes to what a plan includes, and fixes to behaviour that was wrong. Infrastructure work and internal refactoring are left out, because they change nothing you can see from the outside. Every date here is the date that change shipped, not a date chosen to make the page look active — a changelog with approximate dates is worth less than no changelog at all, since the only thing it offers is that you can check a claim against it. The most recent changes are the free demo becoming a fixed quantity rather than a countdown, the plan structure being rewritten so each tier names what it includes, and the library clearing itself once a post has published successfully.
The free demo is a quantity, not a countdown
One video up to ten minutes, five AI-generated Shorts and five scheduled posts, with no card and no expiry date. Nothing switches off after a fortnight — the demo ends when you have used it, not when a clock runs out.
New plans, and each one now says what it includes
Starter ₹499, Growth ₹1,999 and Pro ₹3,999 a month. The larger change is that every plan now lists watermark removal, multi-account support, Bulk SEO and AI thumbnails explicitly, instead of leaving you to work out which tier a feature belonged to.
The library clears itself after a post publishes
Once a scheduled post goes out successfully its video file is deleted, and the title, description, thumbnail and performance figures stay. A post that failed keeps its file so it can be retried. Storage no longer fills up with clips that have already been published.
The Starter watermark is applied at publish, not at upload
The file you upload stays clean and the watermark is burned in at the moment a post publishes. Upgrading therefore removes it from everything still sitting in the queue, rather than only from videos uploaded after the upgrade.
AI thumbnails
Generate a thumbnail for a video, optionally seeded from a frame of the video itself, without leaving the dashboard. Available on every paid plan.
Bulk SEO
Rewrite the title, description and tags across many YouTube videos in one pass rather than editing them one at a time in Studio. Thumbnails cost extra API quota, so they are a separate opt-in rather than something applied silently.
Multi-account
Connect several YouTube channels or Instagram accounts and each one keeps its own content, its own analytics and its own posting times. Before this, connecting a second account pooled everything into one list, which looked like a bug and effectively was one.
Short rendering moved to its own service
Clip rendering runs on infrastructure that scales with demand instead of queueing behind a single machine, so a large batch no longer makes everyone else wait behind it.
Scheduled times now carry a timezone
Times were being stored without a zone and then read back as UTC, so a post set for 9am in India published at 2:30pm — late by exactly your own offset. Fixed in all three places a scheduled time could be saved, because fixing one of them would have left the others wrong.
Scheduler and Auto Upload are one screen
They were two sidebar entries for one workflow, so they are now a single Smart Scheduler with a mode switch: schedule once takes a snapshot of what you picked, keep going re-reads the folder so videos added later queue themselves.
Older work is not listed: the changelog starts where the build history is reliable enough to date each change exactly, rather than being backfilled from memory.
