Four platforms, one queue

What each destination takes, which plan unlocks it, and the catch on each one.

Bulk Scheduler publishes to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. YouTube and Instagram are on every paid plan from ₹499 a month and cover YouTube Shorts, full-length YouTube video and Instagram Reels. LinkedIn and TikTok are on Growth and Pro. All four publish server-side through the platform's own official API using the OAuth connection you authorised, so nothing depends on your computer being awake. Videos are routed by duration — 120 seconds or less becomes a Short or a Reel, longer goes to YouTube as a standard video — so one folder can feed every destination without you sorting it first. Facebook and X are not supported and are not planned.

YouTube

Every paid plan, from ₹499
Accounts
1 on Starter · 3 on Growth · unlimited on Pro
Takes
Shorts and full-length video
Publishes via
YouTube Data API v3

Clips of 120 seconds or less are published as Shorts; anything longer goes up as a standard video. You do not choose — the duration decides, which is what stops a 3-minute clip being rejected as a Short.

The catch: The API allows roughly six uploads a day per project against a 10,000-unit quota, and every tool in this category shares that ceiling. Scheduling a month of daily posts is fine; dumping 60 videos into one day is not.

Instagram

Every paid plan, from ₹499
Accounts
1 on Starter · 3 on Growth · unlimited on Pro
Takes
Reels
Publishes via
Instagram Graph API

Everything sent to Instagram is published as a Reel. Long videos are not sent here at all, so a library containing both can feed YouTube and Instagram from one queue without you sorting it.

The catch: Requires a Professional (Creator or Business) account linked to a Facebook Page — a personal Instagram account cannot be published to by any third-party tool, which is Meta's rule rather than ours. Long videos fail late in the upload rather than early, so the dashboard offers a swap instead.

LinkedIn

Growth and Pro
Accounts
One account, on its own page
Takes
Text, image and video posts
Publishes via
LinkedIn API

LinkedIn is deliberately not part of the bulk Smart Scheduler. Nobody bulk-schedules a folder of 100 videos to LinkedIn — what LinkedIn needs is a box to write in, so it gets its own composer with an AI writer that drafts a post from a one-line brief for 1 AI credit.

The catch: One account only, whatever your plan allows elsewhere. That is a property of how the integration authenticates rather than of the price, so Pro does not lift it.

TikTok

Growth and Pro
Accounts
3 on Growth · unlimited on Pro
Takes
Video
Publishes via
TikTok Content Posting API

A normal multi-account platform: connect several TikTok accounts, give each its own posting times, and clips are routed to it by duration alongside the others.

The catch: Not available to accounts in India. That is a restriction on the platform in that market, not something this tool can work around — the dashboard says so up front rather than accepting posts that would never publish.

Questions about platforms

Which platforms does Bulk Scheduler publish to?

Four: YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. YouTube and Instagram are on every paid plan from ₹499 a month, and cover YouTube Shorts, full-length YouTube video and Instagram Reels. LinkedIn and TikTok are on the Growth and Pro plans. Every one of them publishes server-side through the platform's own official API using the OAuth connection you authorised, so nothing depends on your computer being awake or a browser tab staying open. Facebook and X are not supported and are not planned. The number of accounts you can connect on each platform depends on your plan rather than on the platform: one per platform on Starter, three on Growth and unlimited on Pro — with the single exception of LinkedIn, which is capped at one account on every plan because of how that integration authenticates.

How does a video get routed to the right platform?

By how long it runs, automatically, rather than by you tagging each file. A clip of 120 seconds or less goes to YouTube as a Short and to Instagram as a Reel; anything longer goes to YouTube as a standard video and is not sent to Instagram at all. TikTok takes video the same way the others do and sits in the same duration routing. LinkedIn is the exception and is handled separately, because it is the one destination that accepts a post with no file at all. The practical effect is that you can keep long videos and short clips in the same library folder and schedule the whole folder at once — each file finds its own destination, and you are not sorting a hundred clips by hand before queueing them.

Why is LinkedIn limited to one account when Growth allows three elsewhere?

Because it is a property of the integration rather than of the price. The LinkedIn connection authenticates against a single member identity, and adding a second account is not something a plan tier can unlock — Pro does not lift the limit either. It is called out here rather than buried in the dashboard because the account-count promise on the pricing page says three accounts per platform on Growth, and LinkedIn is the one place that sentence is not true. The other half of the asymmetry is that LinkedIn is not in the bulk scheduler at all: it has its own composer on its own page, because bulk-queueing a folder of videos is not how anyone actually posts to LinkedIn, and pretending otherwise would have made both features worse.

Can I use TikTok scheduling from India?

No. TikTok is not available to accounts in India, and that is a restriction on the platform in that market rather than something this tool can route around. The dashboard shows TikTok as unavailable with the reason stated, rather than letting you connect an account and schedule a week of posts that would never publish — a tool that accepts work it cannot do is worse than one that refuses it clearly. If you are on Growth or Pro primarily for TikTok and you are posting from India, LinkedIn is the other platform those tiers unlock, and the account-count increase on YouTube and Instagram applies regardless. If TikTok becomes available in the market again, existing Growth and Pro plans get it with no change and no upgrade.

Plan limits are on the pricing page.
