Who we are and what this covers

Bulk Scheduler (bulkscheduler.com) is a scheduling tool for creators. You connect your YouTube channel and Instagram Business account, upload or import videos, and we publish them on the schedule you choose. This policy explains exactly what data that requires, why we need it, where it is stored, who else sees it, and how you remove it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or your YouTube or Instagram data to train machine learning models.

What we collect

Account information

Your email address, display name, profile photo URL, whether your email is verified, and your timezone. Your timezone is used to fire scheduled posts at the local time you picked. We also store your plan, trial status and remaining AI credits.

Platform connections

When you connect YouTube or Instagram we store the OAuth access token and refresh token issued by that platform, the token expiry, and your account identifier and username on that platform. These tokens are what let us upload on your behalf while you are away. We never see or store your Google or Instagram password.

Your content

Videos you upload, or that you ask us to import from a URL or channel, along with the titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails attached to them, and the schedule you set for each post.

Post performance

For posts published through Bulk Scheduler we read back the post identifier, permalink, media URL, caption and public engagement counts (views, likes, comments, shares) so the dashboard can show you how a post did.

Notification settings

Whichever channels you turn on: an email address for alerts, a Telegram chat ID and username if you link Telegram, and a browser push subscription (its endpoint, public key and browser user-agent) if you allow notifications. We keep a log of notifications we attempted, so a failed alert can be diagnosed.

Google and YouTube data — what we access and why

Bulk Scheduler uses YouTube API Services. When you connect your channel you grant two scopes:

• youtube.readonly — to list your channel and read back the status and public statistics of videos published through Bulk Scheduler.
• youtube.force-ssl — to upload videos to your channel and set their title, description, tags and privacy status.

We use this access only to perform the actions you have scheduled. We do not read unrelated videos, we do not modify content we did not publish for you, and we do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to carry out your request.

Bulk Scheduler's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By using the YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's own handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Instagram data

If you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account we request permission to read your basic profile, publish content, and read insights and comments on posts made through Bulk Scheduler. As with YouTube, this access is used only to publish what you scheduled and to report back how it performed. You can disconnect at any time from your Instagram settings or from the dashboard.

Who else processes your data

We use these providers to run the service. Each sees only what its job requires.

• Google / YouTube — publishing and reading back your videos.
• Meta / Instagram — publishing and reading back your posts.
• Cloudflare — stores your uploaded videos and thumbnails, and serves the website.
• Modal — runs the video processing (cutting, encoding, thumbnails).
• Hostinger — hosts the database and the API.
• OpenAI and NVIDIA — generate titles, descriptions and tags.
• Telegram — only if you link it, to deliver alerts.

One point worth being precise about: when we generate metadata with AI we send onlytext — the existing title, description and tags, plus any instructions you typed. Your video file is never sent to an AI provider, and neither are your access tokens or your email address.

How long we keep it

Your account data, connections and content stay while your account is open, because the service cannot schedule posts without them. Videos remain in your library until you delete them. Notification logs are kept for troubleshooting. When you delete your account we remove your profile, your platform tokens, your library and its stored files, your schedules and your notification settings.

Deleting your Bulk Scheduler account does not remove videos already published to YouTube or Instagram — those now live on your own channel, and you control them there.

Your choices

• Disconnect a platform from the dashboard at any time — we delete the stored tokens for it.
• Revoke Google access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Turn any notification channel off under Dashboard → Notifications.
• Delete individual videos from your library.
• Request a copy of your data, or full deletion — see Data Deletion.

Security

Traffic to bulkscheduler.com and to our APIs is encrypted with HTTPS. Platform tokens are stored in our database and are used only by the publishing service. Access to production systems is limited to the operator of the service.

No service can promise perfect security. If a breach affects your data we will tell affected users about what happened and what to do.

Children

Bulk Scheduler is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how your data is used, notify you in the dashboard.
