Data Deletion
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Disconnect a platform
To stop Bulk Scheduler accessing one platform while keeping your account, open Dashboard → YouTube or Dashboard → Instagram and disconnect it. We delete the stored access and refresh tokens for that platform immediately, and any of your posts still scheduled for it will stop.
You can also revoke Google access from Google's side at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and remove the app from Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites.
Delete individual videos
In Dashboard → Library, deleting a video removes both the database record and the stored file. Anything still scheduled that pointed at it is updated or cancelled at the same time, so nothing is left pointing at a video that no longer exists.
Delete your whole account
Email contact@bulkscheduler.comfrom the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
This removes:
- your profile — email, name, photo URL, timezone and plan;
- your YouTube and Instagram access and refresh tokens;
- your video library and the stored video and thumbnail files;
- your scheduled posts, campaigns and post-performance records;
- your notification settings, Telegram link, push subscriptions and alert logs.
What deletion does not cover
Videos already published to YouTube or Instagram stay on those platforms. They belong to your channel and only you can remove them, from the platform itself.
We may keep minimal billing records where the law requires it. These contain no platform tokens and no content.
Getting a copy of your data
Ask at contact@bulkscheduler.com and we will send a machine-readable export of the data held for your account.
More detail on what we hold and why is in the Privacy Policy.
